FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $180.

ECCO offers free standard shipping with all online orders over $180. Purchases under $180 will incur a $12 shipping charge. All orders are delivered by standard NZ Post service.

Orders placed before 10am from Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched same day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Note that all delivery time frames are at the discretion of NZ Post.

Please note: When making returns, any shipping charges incurred on the order are non-refundable.

Can’t find your size in store?

By utilising our network of stores as well as our online inventory, we can locate it for you and have it delivered to your home or office free of any shipping charges. Even better, if you prefer to pick it up in store, we can organise to have your item delivered to any of our ECCO stores across New Zealand for pick up.
